Alan is a renowned customer account manager, while also leading a large national team and fleet of specialised equipment. Alan is recognised for his dependability in delivering environmental maintenance services to our customers’ requirements, and allowing them to focus on their core business.

Rich Kruse

Rich Kruse

National Operations Manager / Waterways Services

With significant experience in local government three waters operations and qualification in water treatment, Rich is an expert in these areas and the wider care and maintenance of waterways. Rich is also vastly experienced in the successful leadership of operational teams and is a sitting committee member of the Waste Industry Operators Group (WIOG).


Henry Broad

National Projects Manager

Henry brings the experience of a 15+ year career in Project Management roles in the UK, Australia, and NZ to the leadership of our Project Management division. With a Bachelor of Resource Studies and Prince 2 qualifications, Henry provides clear and supportive leadership to his team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyor as they deliver infrastructure construction projects to our customers.

National Operations Manager / Property Services

With over 7 years in the SiteCare business, Cole has been a leader in the development of our HSE and Quality Management Systems while in the role of QHSE Manager for 5 of those years.

In 2024 Cole diversified his career in a Commercial and Operational direction, in taking on the National Operations Manager role of our Property Services division. Cole’s in-depth knowledge and familiarity of our business, and his modern-thinking management style generate a positive team approach to delivering excellence to our customers.


Corina Cox

HR Advisor

Corina is well experienced in supporting the business in caring for its most valuable resource – its people. A diverse skill set in the Human Resources arena allows Corina to provide 360 degree critical support to both the leadership team and their team members. Stacey Henderson

QHSE Advisor

Stacey comes from a previous career in HR where the care of our people and the maintaining of systems and processes that are of high integrity and robust are essential.

After performing the HR Advisor role at SiteCare, Stacey stepped into the QHSE Advisor role in 2024. Stacey now applies her skills to oversee the management of our HSE and Quality Management Systems and the maintaining of the ISO45001 & ISO 9001 certifications held by the business. Stacey also works closely with our customers and supports our operational teams in delivering our services safely and keeping our people safe at work.
