With several years of experience in leading safety in the workplace, Cole draws on a depth of expert knowledge to support our business, with a particular passion for the training and mentorship of our New Zealand wide team. Cole has lead the development and implementation of our Health & Safety Management System, to the level of achieving ISO 45001 certification.

With significant experience in local government three waters operations and qualification in water treatment, Rich is an expert in these areas and the wider care and maintenance of waterways. Rich is also vastly experienced in the successful leadership of operational teams and is a sitting committee member of the Waste Industry Operators Group (WIOG).

Finn is an experienced Project Management professional who leads our dedicated Projects team in the delivery of diverse infrastructure projects. Finn has successfully directly overseen $30 million of installation projects around New Zealand and is currently studying his PMP and Prince 2 Certifications.
